Privacy Policy

AdTrack is operated under the OrbitDeploy developer name. AdTrack is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

1. What AdTrack does

AdTrack lets you view information from your own Google AdMob account and, if you explicitly connect it, payment information from your Google AdSense account. The app uses Google OAuth and Google APIs with read-only/reporting permissions.

2. Data AdTrack can access

Google account profile: basic identity information made available through Google sign-in, such as name, email address and profile image.
AdMob information: publisher/account information, apps, ad units and reporting metrics such as estimated earnings, impressions, clicks, ad requests, matched requests, CTR, eCPM, countries and formats.
AdSense information: only if you choose to connect AdSense, read-only payment information such as unpaid balance and payment history.
App preferences: settings such as language, appearance and default reporting period.

3. Why we use this data

The data is used only to provide AdTrack's features: authenticate your account, display your own analytics and payment information, calculate presentation metrics, remember your preferences and improve loading speed through local caching.

4. Storage and transmission

AdTrack does not send your AdMob or AdSense reporting data to OrbitDeploy-owned application servers. Requests for those services are made to Google APIs. AdTrack may cache reporting and payment information locally on your device so the app can open quickly and continue showing the last valid data when a refresh fails.

You can clear local cache from the app. Signing out clears local account data according to the app's session flow. Uninstalling the app removes its local application storage as handled by your operating system.

5. Google OAuth and permissions

AdTrack currently uses Google permissions for AdMob read access, AdMob reports, and optional AdSense read-only access. AdSense access is requested separately when you choose to connect payment information. You can revoke AdTrack's access at any time from your Google Account security/permissions settings.

6. Advertising

The free version of AdTrack may display advertising provided through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, consent signals and related information according to Google's policies and the consent choices available to you. Where required, the app uses Google's consent mechanisms before requesting personalized advertising.

7. Website data

This website is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process standard technical information such as IP address, request headers, security events and access logs as part of delivering and protecting the website. This website does not require you to create an account.

8. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell your AdMob, AdSense or Google account data. We do not share it with advertisers as a data product. Google processes data when providing its identity, AdMob, AdSense and advertising services, and Cloudflare processes limited website traffic data when hosting this website.

9. Data retention

Locally cached app data is retained until it is refreshed, cleared, removed by signing out where applicable, or removed when the app is uninstalled. Google permissions remain in effect until they expire, are revoked, or Google requires renewed authorization.

10. Your choices

Do not connect AdSense if you do not want AdTrack to access payment information.
Clear local cache from within the app.
Sign out from AdTrack.
Revoke Google permissions from your Google Account.
Use system or app language and appearance controls.

11. Children

AdTrack is intended for publishers managing advertising accounts and is not directed to children.

12. International processing

Google and Cloudflare may process information in countries other than your own under their respective privacy frameworks and terms.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when AdTrack's features, legal requirements or third-party services change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
